Buscot Weir is a dear place from my childhood. Spending most of my summers there in my youth. I have memories of watching the boats, swimming, playing in the park and seeing the animals. Now it is a space of intense beauty for me, I want to photograph every inch.

A collection of archival matter, own images and scanned objects showing the relationship between me and my nan. Highlighting our shared interest of British history and Downton Abbey. Exploring memories of her braiding my hair and cutting me fruit up for pudding.

A collection of archival matter, own images and scanned objects showing the relationship between my Nan Lynda and her Father Peter. My Grandad Peter passed away when I was one. I learned about him through pictures and stories. He loved to garden and swim. Him and my nan were very close, they had an extremely special bond. His knowledge of gardening was passed down to my nan through his copy of ‘Sander’s Encyclopedia of Gardening’ where he left notes detailing the secret to plant care.

A collection of archival matter, own images and scanned objects showing the relationship between my Grandad and his football club Chelsea. My Grandad has three loves his family, his dogs and his football club. His flat is a shrine to all three of these.
